How it works

Pick a bag and a colour, add it to your bag, and check out. Every colour shows whether it is in stock; if only a few are left we tell you the exact number.

At checkout you choose to pay online or to order on WhatsApp.

Online payments go through Razorpay: debit and credit cards, UPI and netbanking. We never see your card details.

Prices are in Indian rupees, and the price on the bag's page is the price you pay. You can see prices in AED or US dollars with the currency button at the top as a guide; you always pay in rupees.

Your first order gets 10% off. For now, order on WhatsApp and tell us it's your first order: we take 10% off the bag price when we confirm it, before you pay.

We don't offer cash on delivery yet.

We deliver across India, free on every order. Living abroad? Someone in India can receive the parcel for you.

When your bag leaves the shop we send the courier name and tracking number to your WhatsApp, so you don't have to ask.

You can return an unused bag within 7 days of delivery, and cancel an order any time before we dispatch it.

Prefer to talk first? Choose “Order on WhatsApp” at checkout. WhatsApp opens with your order typed out; we reply to confirm the colour and stock, and you pay by UPI.

Once paid, your order is packed and you get the tracking number on WhatsApp like any other order.

We use your name, phone, email and address to deliver your order and to reply to you.

Ask us on WhatsApp to delete your details and we will remove your name, phone, email and address. We keep only the order totals that our accounts need.
